Please allow 24-72 hours for order processing. After your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number.

About Refunds and Exchanges?

No Refunds or Exchanges. We recommend that you use a professional licensed cosmetologist to install and/or color your hair. If you have any questions about the hair please feel free to email us at info@thehairfactoryinc.com.

What is the difference between The Hair Factory products and other companies?

Our Brazilian Hair Collection is Grade AAAAAA quality Virgin hair prevents shedding and tangling.
All bundles are 6A-100% Virgin human hair with no synthetic blends.

Every bundle is 3.5 oz

Hair can be colored, straightened, and curled in styles of your choice.

How long before my packaged is shipped?

If your item is in stock 3-5 days. (You will be notified via email if your order is on back order or is no longer available)

Can I dye my hair?

Yes, but we recommend getting your hair dyed by a professional. Always gradually lift your extensions so that you can maintain the natural nutrients that are already in the hair.

Can I wash my hair?

Why yes of course, in order to maintain the integrity of your hair proper maintenance is required. Please look at our blog posts about hair care.

How many bundles should I purchase?

For lengths 12-18 inches, a recommended 2 bundles are needed.

For lengths 20-26 inches, a recommended 3 bundles are needed.

For lengths 28 inches or longer, a recommended 4 bundles are needed.
